Springtime is well underway here at Castle Farm Retirement Home. Our residents celebrated the start of the season with a lovely craft idea that brought smiles to their faces.

They designed beautiful window decorations in the shape of owls and butterflies, decorating the templates with colourful felt paper to make them stand out. When we put them up in their rooms, the vibrant colours really caught the light, spreading sunshine and smiles throughout the home.

Our elderly care home residents genuinely enjoyed making the colourful decorations for their room, and they were able to socialise and develop their artistic skills while doing so. Just look at some of their designs – we think they look amazing!
