Two days ago, Royal Bay Care Homes gathered together a number of Home Managers, Deputies, Administrators as well as Associates and Directors, in a conference suite in a hotel in Eastleigh.

With a mixture of ice breakers, role play, topical assignments/performances, a guest speaker and the usual blend of coffees, teas and a lunch buffet; this year turned out to be one of our best yet!

Royal Bay Corporate days allow us to get together, butt heads and discuss any issues our staff may have encountered within the past twelve months in order to come to a conclusion on how to deal with the future. It was also a coming together to celebrate our achievements and sing the praises of the hard work that our dedicated staff put into all our homes.

We all had a great time, with a number of laughs, and came away having learned a lot too. We’re already looking forward to next year!
